Do you shop at out of town shopping centres such as Bicester etc...if so what do you buy?

Just curious. If there is a Gap outlet I like checking what offers etc they have

I'm not a huge fan of Bicester...I think it's better for men than women. For example, the French Connection stuff there is exactly the same as their ongoing online sale pages...so in my opinion not worth the drive.

I haven't been to many outlets, but f I did, it would probably be for something a bit more special than high fashion eg a handbag, purse, a nice piece of jewellery.

I went to a oiler a few years ago and bought a dress from ted baker and skirt from Karen Millen, but they were probably things I could have got from the sale.

Bicester is too high-end for me, but I like Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth because it also has High Street outlets. We go once or twice a year.

It's particularly good for Christmas presents, because you can buy posh treats like shirts from Ralph Lauren or leather goods from Coach, but at great prices. Gap is great for inexpensive kids clothes, and I get DS kitted out with sports footwear at Nike. White Company also great for gifts.

Bicester used to have good high street brands but it's gone ridiculously upscale and it's rubbish now. Unless you like luxury goods and bus loads of foreign tourists!

DOOOOOOOOOOOM!!

there's quite a good one near me. it has a Gap outlet, next, Ralph Lauren, superdry and lots of others all set under a canopy in a big circle with coffee shops and restaurants so nice for a day out and the shops are places I'd go to anyway so doesn't feel like I'm buying for the sake of it.

We live near (20 mins) Bicester and go there about once a month. I have size 1.5/2 feet so it's a good opportunity to get shoes that actually fit me from places like Jimmy Choo, Sergio Rossi, Rupert Sanderson etc. Tend to pop in to Ted Baker or Karen Millen whilst I'm there but they tend to be a bit hit and miss IMO.
