I need this garment:
A nice evening shirt/top.
Black or a dark colour like lovely dark charcoal grey, or plum, or inidigo.
It must feature buttons - all the way down, or to the below bust level.
Be nice evening-y material but not shiny (so maybe a kind of silk or crepe or velvet).
Hip length or just below. Actually falling to upper thighs would be great.
With sleeves. Pref 3/4.
But not blousy.
Budget: decent but not daft (£100 - £150 would be fine)
But the clincher is it must fit a size 16.
