Help finding a bra please!

I'm going back to work after maternity leave and need a new bra. My breasts have obviously changed somewhat! (and I'm still BF morning and evening).

I've measured myself and am 31 inches round the ribs and 40 around the breasts. Which works out as a 32G?!

The problem is I live in France, home of the small-breasted woman. I can't find any bras my size, so I'm going to have to get them delivered.

I hate the faff of sending back clothes which don't fit, so I'd really like to get one that fits first try Smile

yesterday I tried on some M&S bras, and the best fitting ones were 32E, but they were push up bras so made my breasts enormous and I didn't like it.

So, I'm looking for a slightly padded (to hide my breast pads as I still leak milk a bit), non push-up/balcony/plunge bra. Wouldn't mind a minimiser bra. I'm already having difficulty with my old work tops because of the chest size.

oh and, the website must deliver to France Smile

Do you have any brand/style recommendations?

Thanks

And the style/brand gurus on here!

As you are between sizes you really need to try 30G/GG and 32FF/G although I suspect a 30 will be best in most brands.

What shape are your boobs? Are they fuller on the bottom or the top? Do you have a large or small gap between them (in the centre)? Are they wide set (i.e. do they start from right under your arms)?

Do you prefer a forwards, lifted shape or a more natural shape?

Slightly padded, smooth, non-push up bras that spring to mind include the Cleo Juna and the Curvy Kate Daily Boost and the Curvy Kate Smoothie.

Freya half cups are slightly padded and suit those with wider, shallower breasts. The Panache Jasmine is a narrower bra but gives a nice uplifted shape.

I would suggest ordering three or four bras in three/four sizes each.

Thanks for your replies.

When measuring do you count the nipple? Or should I flatten them? (they are always hard atm cos of breastfeeding)

So some answers:

Boobs are fuller at the bottom

Gap of about 2cm (no idea if thats big or little? never thought about it before!)

Yes they start right under my arms

Will have a look at the suggestions

Thanks
