36 e last time I measured but get bigger when i put on wieght. Strangely tgey dont seem to get much smaller when I loose.
I dont want a breast reduction but im fed up with the comments " ooo nice boobs etc" ( From women and men."
Im also fed up with toos not suiting me and I feel matronly. What can I do?
Has anyone had a reduction? How was it? I might consider as a last resort. Id love to be a 36d or c.

Have you had a bra intervention? A properly fitting e cup isn't that big (I'm a 36f and not massively norky). I wonder if you're actually a 32g or h. What's your under bust measurement?

Not very helpful because I'm not answering your question at all Blush. But a really well fitted bra might be more flattering and more comfortable.

I am wondering about the size too -generally a 36e is a fairly normal size and shouldn't cause much in the way of clothing issues. Where did you get measured op? If it's a fitting issue you might feel better in the right bra.

Once we've checked that we'll have a better idea for clothes. What dress size are you.?

I am a 34hh. I too am sick of the comments I get when I am out. If I didn't have my boobs I'd be a 12 or so. Boobs mean I am a 18/20. Tops, dresses etc can look ridiculous. If they fit the shoulders, they won't do up at the front.

I'd love some good one liners for people who see it fit and necessary to mention them when I am out.

Feel your pain, falling out of a 36f at the mo, have contemplated a reduction but just don't think I care enough to put myself through it.

I have huge boobs (32kk)

it is a right pain in the arse (and back, and shoulder!).

Agree that a well fitting bra makes all the difference.

I feel I can look frumpy far too easily and also matronly, or if I show a cleavage (I never do) I just look tarty. I can easily look pregnant because clothes hang from my boobs.. I think its about dressing for your shape. I look far better in a fitted top, but am more comfortable in a flowy one. I tend to wear lots of layers with tigter fitting under layers...skin tight tops on arms, slim fitting jeans etc with a more generous short sleeved top over it all.

I dunno. just that I hear what you're saying, and you are not alone.

30G here and only 4 foot 11, so constantly fighting the frumpy feeling. I find autumn and winter dressing - nice fitted coat, wedge heeled boots or brogues and a scarf - much easier than summer. I spent years in a 36C bra (thanks a lot M and S) and developed such bad neck and shoulder pain I had to see a chiropracter. I can honestly say that getting properly fitted after having kids changed my life. I'd still be a lot happier with smaller boobs though!
