Help! Style Makeover needed

I urgently need to change my non formal work wardrobe...it just all looks wrong and I am sick of it.

I am five foot two and eight and a half stone, size 8-12 dep on shop. My figure is very hourglass. Tiny waist, tiny shoulders, tiny arms. But E cup tits, large arse. Hips aren't too bad, but thighs are very wide at the side.

Smart Work and posh eveningwear is fine - for both I go for stuff which is cut on a fifties line. But fifties cuts look preposterous for weekend casual and business casual. Trousers and jeans usually don't fit - either the thighs get it and I develop an awful camel toe, or they are just too baggy.

I'm only 30 and I want to look fashionable and pulled together. I can't wear suits to the office everyday as I'd stick out like a sore thumb. I want weekend clothes that I can wear to lunch with a friend and come home and lounge on the sofa in.

Any pointers? Any shops? (Please don't say Banana Republic, sick to the back teeth of it!)

My figure is pretty similar, and I had the same problem until very recently. Now I tend to wear relaxed skinny cut trousers (currently navy or oxblood cords), or dark skinny jeans, along with a clingy vest layered with either a loose, drapey top (e.g. a fitted black vest with a grey viscose cowl necked long sleeved top over it) or a flowy, open shirt. Then maybe a blazer or an open, flowy cardigan. It works well with chunky boots or high heeled Mary Janes, and lots of jewellery. You do need to ensure that the fabrics are soft and drapey though, or you end up adding too much bulk and losing your waist.

Oh, and I get my clothes from all sorts of places. Men's section of All Saints, H&M, French Connection, M&S, Sainsbury's, Mango, and Asda are often good!
