Flat shoes for winter suitable for office

Sorry I know there's a lot of shoes threads but I'm looking for smart flat shoes suitable for wearing to office that aren't ballet flats (too cold) mainly for wearing with straight leg black trousers and possibly skirts/dresses with black tights. I have tried brogues before but they don't seem to suit me, maybe I need to rethink. Would like something that still looks relatively stylish is possible.

Budget ~£50-60 and definitely leather

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Gabor Haven are super comfortable for work. I have them in black leather, they are really nice on, I've had loads of compliments, web photos don't do them justice.

A bit ££ but there are often sales or discounts in Debenhams.

I second Gabor. I've bought the Esther ones which are similar to previous posters but no bow. Very comfy.

I've just bought these, the photos don't do them justice.
They look lovely with slightly cropped sl trousers.

Way above your budget but I swear by Russell & Bromley loafers. I have them in tan. Brilliant paired with bright tights and skirt suit or dark dress. You might be able to pick a pair up which is cheaper in Office.

I second loafers. You will definitely find them for that price, try Clarks, M&S, Office and Aldo. I like chunkier ones, as I think they're more substantial in the winter weather and look better with thicker tights. I suppose they can feel quite manly if you're used to wearing ballet flats, might be your problem with the brogues? They would be my second suggestion tbh.
