Drinking 3 litres of water a day!

Read an article in the daily mail showing the effects of drinking 3 litres of water a day on woman's face. The changes were amazing. She looked 10 years younger. Her spots cleared and her skin became dewy and plump and her waist became smaller. I'm 10 days in and love how my skin looks, my pores are smaller and clearer and my skin looks plumper.. Plus my bloated tummy is considerably flatter. Does anyone else find water magic when it comes to skin???

Of course you also take in water from other sources, like fruit, veg etc.
Drinking more water (which i do- i'm not anti-water!) has made no difference to my skin but giving up sugar and eating clean has. I used to get massive cystic break outs on my chin every month, now its once or twice a year.

I drink loads of water, other fluids and eat loads of veg, salad and fruit; my skin is nothing to write home about.

OP if its working for you stick with it.

I drink about a litre of water a day, plus prob three cups of decaf coffee or tea and a glass of juice. Anything less than that and I feel dehydrated and my skin looks dry and crepey, but having tried several times to drink more water, I just cant manage it. It makes me wee every half an hour and I saw no benefits to my skin at all.
