What's that backpack/rucksack brand that boys take to secondary school these days?

I know I've seen it mentioned here.

I have a Herschel bag Grin

I got it shipped from the US so I could have an all black one, the ones with brown straps aren't my thing. Yes it was horribly expensive. But worth it.

I don't know if Herschel's trendy yet in the UK? Maybe for hipster types at sixth form, and at uni I've noticed a few people wearing them, but secondary school I don't know.

My kids have Herschel too. DS2's is on its 3rd year, DS1 has left school and still uses it. They are expensive to start with but last for ages.

At DSs school it seems to be Superdry.

My DD has a Hype and a Mi-Pac
DS is eye wateringly untrendy, he goes into Sports Direct and points at the nearest black bag "That one"

This year, a No Fear was unfortunate enough to be nearest the front so will spend it's sad and short life being dragged round and shoved in lockers .

Kitties strangley, my DS wouldn't have taken the Royal Ballet one either Wink

Mi Pac. I have a tartan one (for school, but as a teacher).

BikeRunSki · 31/08/2014 17:42

I've got a Mi PAC!!! I've never been cool before!!! I only bought it because it was £4 in TKMaxx.

Eastpak at my dds' school.

TheFallenMadonna · 31/08/2014 17:46

DS has had superdry for the last two years, Eastpak this year. He isn't particularly bothered. I go by what the boys at my school go for...
