Sally Hansen airbrush legs?

Any good? I'm naturally very fair with blue legs and would like a little colour on them for a wedding I'm going to. I don't want a spray tan so am wondering if this is any good. Have you used and if so did you use the spray or lotion. Is there anything better out there?

I bought some ( very pale) and it was far too sark for me.

I have this, it's amazing. I have some veins on my legs and it covers them up and evens out my skin tone. I used the spray one. It's quite Matt so I sometimes mix it with another airbrush tan with a bit of shimmer (I think it's just boots number 7).

It's amazing , use a mitt and spray first on to the mitt and then blend onto legs Smile

I like it too. I have the medium, and it covers my rapidly multiplying thread veins v nicely, while also taking away the attractive blue-grey hue I carefully develop over the winter. I apply it over a v light moisturiser. Don't use anything too oily or Sally will fall off your legs and you will be walking about with geographical gaps of white on your legs. Attractive Hmm.

It's really lovely and hides a multitude.

So the majority view is it's a group good thing - I shall get some tomorrow.

Group? Don't know where that came from! Thanks everyone!

Def agree with the moisturiser bit - it's pretty matt so it helps it look a bit more natural. I second rubbing it on with your hands too - although I never thought of gloves, very good idea!

I like it for emergencies, and it's £4 in Tesco at the moment. Definitely use a mitt to minimise streaks, they are worth it.

FoxSticks · 08/08/2014 21:16

Good to know its on offer in Tesco - thanks ygritte. What kind of mitt should I get? Is it just called a tanning mitt or something?

I am very pale so I use the lightest one, it looks really natural and as others have said covers up blemishes and thread veins. I'd never had the confidence to go bare legged until I gave it a go.

LexieSinclair · 08/08/2014 21:25

I love it too. I'm pasty white with a few thread veins and I use the medium one to give a nice colour and good coverage. It's really easy to apply - I'm terrible with fake tan. I use a mitt too - it was about £2 from Bodycare.

Woodenheart · 08/08/2014 21:28

I use disposable gloves when tanning ( you can re use the gloves, if you leave them to dry) as I find the mitts soak up the tan and your money

ygritte · 08/08/2014 21:55

I think all mitts tend to be the same...but i do find the effect is more airbrushed and less smeary. I accept that there's a huge amount of wastage, but having spent ages trying to find a good product I don't want to ruin the effect.

Fabulous, thank you everyone Smile
