I accidentally went to work in my sleep bra!!!

Umm yeah so felt like quite an idiot!

I wear a non-wired pretty cheapie plain cotton bra to bed. Adequate support for sleeping but definitely not for daytime!

Well I obviously was distracted by DS in the morning rush & 2hrs into work I realised I was still wearing it!! Luckily I was meeting a friend for lunch at John Lewis so did emergency 10min bra purchase as I could NOT stand the lack of support any longer (I'm 28F!) £33 though - ouch. But at least I know I'll wear it.

Anyway, this got me thinking "surely I'm not he only one to have had to make an emergency purchase". Has anyone else been in a similar situation. (The emergency purchase bit as opposed to going to work in boob pyjamas!)

first week at a new job, my shoe fell off underneath the tube, just as i was getting on. tube journey was ok as so full, but limping down the main road the other end wasn't good (remaining shoe was very high), so binned the other shoe and had to buy a new pair before work
