Racerback sports bras for big boobs

Can anyone recommend one? I am a 30F and wear the Panache sports bra, which is the only one I've found that really prevents bouncing all over the place while running. But all the tops I like are racerback. The Panache bra has a little clip to make it racerback but I can't see how you use this unless you have another person there to put it on for you (I don't). I've never found an actual racerback bra that gives enough support for bigger boobs. Also I can't get them on and off very easily

What does everyone else do?

I just wear a crop top style so it looks more intended If I was a more stylish runner, I'd buy bright coloured bras to make it look better

I use the Panache & it is possible to do the little hook up yourself with a bit of practice. It certainly feels more secure when the hook is done up.

How, Maidupmum??! I nearly dislocated my shoulder trying to do it!

You just need to practice with the bar, it's because the clip isn't the same as normal bra clips

BTW I'm a smilar size and found that the panache bra caused pain in my upper back, between my shoulder blades . I've now had to give in and wear an ennell bra. It's the ugliest sports bra in the world, but I have no pain and no bounce

HomerPigeon · 06/08/2014 10:24

That Ennell bra does look hideous but the reviews are great. Would it work with a racerback top though??

I'm just popping by to say I have the panache one, make DP do it up for me but always thought I was just being an idiot because I couldn't do it myself. I use it when cycling to work and have real difficulty getting out of it at the other end!

No good advice, I also use a shock absorber one I quite like purchased from bravissimo but have not yet found the holy grail of sports bras. I'm almost same size as you (30 g) so watching with interest.

Chopsypie · 06/08/2014 12:00

I've got a shock absorber which I love (I'm a 34ff).
It has the two clips an I've developed a method for doing it myself.

I fasten the top clip, put it over my head, hoick boobs into it then reach behind my back to fasten normal clips.

Make sure to check amazon, I got mine for £18 and it's still on sale in bravissimo for £34.

I've got a shock absorber like chopsy and use a similar technique to get into it.
I picked mine up in a debenhams sale for about £8. Wish I'd bought several now!

TheWomanTheyCallJayne · 06/08/2014 13:05

I have the shock absorber.do it up as normal then reach behind to do the top clip

msfreud · 06/08/2014 13:08

I have one from M&S and it's perfect. I'm 34DD.

msfreud · 06/08/2014 13:10

Oh, and the M&S one has sort of normal straps but you put it on with the normal hook at the back and then cross the straps over at the back, and hook them to the front over your shoulders at the front. That sounds very complicated but it's actually really easy to get on!

You're in luck - this is only left in your size! here
