Skincare as face dry and sore

I am at my wits end with my skin just now, its really dry and sore, can anyone recommend any reasonably priced gentle skincare, I can't use anything too perfumed or strong, same with make up.

Have just completed the survey and am awaiting my samples.
I still love my oils, but having rosacea am always looking out for that magic exclir.

Sometimes when my skin has had a bad flare up, it goes rough and dry, and can flake.

It's then I wish I had a rich, soothing cream to mix with the oils.

I have been using pure argan oil regularly and my face loves it- just not rich enough.
Hopefully this cream will sort me out.
