It's so frumpy and dated. I can't believe it's still turning a profit making tall women look so bad.

I'm 6ft and I rock a maxi dress Wink. Can't comment on lts though only bought a couple of things from them about 5yrs ago.

grrrr more ads on FB aimed at me, for LTS.. no i don't want a throw on cardigan for £45. I can get a long length cardi from most stores for at least half that.
Throw on?? pictures me standing rigid whilst DP hurls it as me, extra marks for getting the sleeves on

What I don't understand is when DH buys trousers or jeans they come in a variety of leg lengths. So although he's over 6 ft tall he can always find a pair that fits.

I'm 5ft 3 and constantly struggle to find trousers, jeans, skirts and dresses than aren't too long. I have to buy petite ranges which like others have said are crap and usually consist of one pair of black polyester work trousers and one pair of bootleg mum jeans.

WHY CAN'T THEY MAKE WOMEN'S CLOTHES IN A VARIETY OF LENGTHS TOO?

After all women vary in height as much as men!

alltoomuchrightnow · 31/07/2014 15:54

i know. and it's just as hard finding decent tall ranges. There's more petite than tall ranges. ALL need to be improved and more variety.
The models in all the shop photos and their online sites are obviously tall . Most of their trousers don't reflect this in the length. You don't get short fashion models. So it makes me think that in the ad they took the same trousers as in store but had an extra long pair made just for the ad.

Well I went in today to see same polyester rubbish.
Shapeless.
Dull.
No service as usual.

So I went to Crispin's opposite and spent £300 on 2 pairs of shoes Shock

I've never shopped there but had a quick look and their pyjama bottoms looks good as they are always too short for me on the high street.

MrsDavidBowie · 31/07/2014 19:37

Cotton pjs are about the only thing they do well.

Sicaq · 31/07/2014 21:44

Well, never been there as I'm 5 foot bugger all. But from that link it didn't look any worse than the current crop of standard high street offerings (i.e. pretty dire the last couple of years).

Petite ranges are always crap; nothing but bland office wear.
