Girls sandals- fancy, cheap and narrow.

Has anyone seen any?

We're going to a wedding and DD wants some fancy sandals. I don't want to spend much.

She likes these, but she has long, thin feet and styles like this usually flap around on her. I usually buy sandals with an adjustable strap around the toes, but can't find any fancy ones with beads or jewels on which don't cost a bomb.

She's an 11 in Clarks' sizing.

Do you mind if I join you? My daughter is a D fitting and shoes are a nightmare. I'd love to hear other ideas.

Recently had to buy her shoes from Ecco, thankfully in the sale. She is a size 9.

Oh no, please do.

DD is an E so I usually get something like this and do them up tight.

Hadn't thought of Ecco...

The Ecco shoes aren't by pretty but do for general running about.

It was all brought home to me today when she was playing in the garden with her jelly shoes on the tightest setting and still falling off. I despair as shoes aren't made in a D for her size!

Those are lovely sandals, for occasion shoes I have in the past bought from Sainsbury's as their Velcro pulls very tight.

Hopeful bump

Saltwaters in gold? My dd has them as normal sandals but they are very cute and would be fine as pretty shoes for a wedding etc

She's 5 and would love Lelli Kelly's, but they are eye-wateringly expensive.

Saltwaters too are a bit pricy.

Sorry, I'm in the USA and pay less than $20 for saltwaters, didn't realize how much they cost in uk. When do you need them?

SunnyRandall · 27/07/2014 08:42

My dd is a 9.5e in Clarks and I have just bought her these. They are perfect on her skinny feet and tiny heels. I bought the F fitting as they don't do an E. Came up small though and half a size bigger would have been fine so an 11.5 (in stock) would prob be fine for your dd.

You don't say how much you want to spend but I thought these were good value.

Thanks butterflies- I need them this week unfortunately.

Cheers also, Sunny- was hoping to get some a bit cheaper than that, but a good find. Clarks Rio range are a staple for DD- I hope they never stop making them, otherwise we're screwed Grin

That's a shame otherwise I could have popped some in the post. I have a dd with narrow feet and know what a pain it is to find shoes that fit well. Can you hot glue some beads and glitter to an old existing pair of shoes?

SunnyRandall · 27/07/2014 11:01

Finding cheap shoes for narrow feet is a nightmare.
