My 7 year old has two beautiful dresses to chose from but she said she wants to wear them with colourful hi top trainers, the ones with sparkles and lights (leli kelly/sketchers style)....
I really don't mind and I think she will get more use out of trainers than party shoes anyway - I have to buy one or another- but I am not sure if the bride will be pleased? Should I ask her?
BTW I generally let DD make her choices tegarfing clothes with a bit of guidance for school and special occasions such as weddings. I think her idea matches her spunky perdonality but maybe not appropriate?
