Is there a tanning cream/mousse that won't render me dayglow orange?

On holiday next month and will have to have my bluish white legs out! I don't sunbathe because I have very fair skin that burns very easily, but I'd like yo at least look healthy!

Last time I tried a self tanning cream was in the 80s..(remember duotan anyone?!) applied at lunch time in the loos with my mates and we were all bright orange by home time! I'm hoping for something subtle and eay to apply...

I'm see through/blue ordinarily and only this year have found the only thing not to make me orange which is the Garnier daily moisturiser in light. I wouldn't dream of actually using it daily though-twice a week is enough to take the deathly tinge off and I think any more would make me far too dark to be realistic.

I've had compliments on the garnier tinted moisturiser. I'm quite fair but tan easily. Bought the medium one and applied lightly over a few days.

Buffing means less chance of streaks - you're smoothing over the edges of where you've applied the product.

Like when you apply blusher, you go round in circles to buff away any lines? Same with tanners.

Definitely try a gradual tanner moisturiser. I like Boots own or Dove.
