Tinted moisturiser

I'm going on holiday and the temperature is going to be in the high 30s - yikes! I don't want to wear foundation, but I would like something to liven my skin up, even out skin tone etc, so I'm thinking of buying a tinted moisturiser.

I've heard Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser is amazing, but it is very expensive. Does anyone have any cheaper alternatives to recommend please? I have hormonal sensitive skin - I keep it under control by using Effaclar, so I don't want to make it flare up by using an oily, heavy product.

My skin is also pale, so I need a range that will be pale enough for little ole me.

Thanks.

Liz Earle is lovely.

La Roche posey do one, I haven't tried it but heard it's good and if you already use efflaclar then it might work for you. I like the nars tinted moisturiser it's £26 I think, not sure how this compares with Laura mercier pricing, I tried the LM a few years ago and it broke my skin out.

I live in the USA and it's normally 35C here at the moment. I use laura mercier in the winter but find it slides off in the summer. Instead I use a tinted primer with SPF 30 from societe (called prime and defend). It stays put all day and I can put on some mineral powder on top for a really good base. It's oil free and was recommended by my aesthetician, for sensitive skin. On an ipad so can't link but medicobeauty.com sells it in the uk and I pay us$50 a pot here which lasts ages, it's amazing stuff!
