I started taking Super D3 after reading a recommendation here and it has really improved my skin.

What other vitamins MUST I take daily?!

Especially interested in any that strengthen teeth & help with hormones Grin

You don't have to live in a hot country to get adequate Vit D levels but it is a fact that many people in Scotland (where I am) are Vitamin D deficient as they are unable to get the required amount from being out and about.

I walk to and from work every day, an hour each way, I was still deficient.

I take fish oil and glucosomine daily and magnesium after a work out

We all take an omega 3 capsule as I read years ago it helps with concentration and the electrical impulses from the brain to muscles?? Bit vague on the details as it was a while ago.
I give our dd s a magnesium supplement too.
We have a good diet so I suppose that plays a bigger part.

Or eat more foods rich in omega 3

None whatsoever, unless prescribed by a doctor, it can be harmful and excess vitamins and minerals is toxic and can cause hairloss and serious issues with kidneys, bones and liver,
And as for imedeen, the only reason you hear about them is that they had a very good advertising campaign, and used one of the most beautiful people on the planet ,christy turlington as a spokesperson, but in reality christy is a super clean eater who doesn't smoke, sleeps well and does yoga religiously, so there, eat clean unprocessed food,do excercise, sleep, take good care of your skin( retinol, and moisturiser) that it really,

I'm convinced Christy Turlington is a cyborg. She's as flawless now as she was in the 90's.

I take evening primrose oil and b6 to combat my raging recently developed PMT. It does seem to be helping, 6 months in. I take d3 too because i am very fair with red hair and i only have to look at the sun and i burn. I wear sunscreen all year round so the d3 helps keep my levels up. Also it was recommended here to clear up acne. I developed acne last year completely out of no where. Id never had it before, in fact i rarely got spots at all, even as a teenager so i don't know how i just got it, almost overnight but after 5 months of suffering i began with the d3 and my skin is back to bring perfectly clear again, so i wont be stopping any time soon.

Vit D3 deficiency is being linked to an increasing number of diseases,if you are overweight you are more likely to suffer from a Vit D deficiency. Your body may seem like it's coping just fine, fingers crossed that it is! However, at no other time have the human race stayed away from the sun as much as they do now, they work indoors they move around in cars rather than on foot, they apply a lot of sunscreen and they avoid sitting in the sun...
