Handbag dilemma

I've just bought a Tula bag from Ebay for £27 (worth about £80 in John Lewis). I've hankered after it for ages, its a cross body organiser one, but now I've got it I am not so sure. Because its good quality leather it feels quite heavy and tends to pull when the strap is across me. I used to have a very small cheap across body bag, one of the patchwork leather ones you can get in the market and I really liked it, I could fit my essentials in it and because it was small could get to things easily (I always have other items like a brolley, tablet etc in a separate tote type bag), but the zip broke on it and I had to throw it away. Prior to this I had a shoulder bag, a squishy type banana shape one as I call them and I loved that. The very same one I had is now going on Ebay and I wish I'd have hung on and bought that. I don't know what to do with this one now.

Does anyone else find across body bags pull a lot?

I have had a radley across the body and a tula. I dont carry that much tbh so am not bothered by the pulling. I usually just have keys, phone, purse in mine. Can you return it if it bothers you?

You could also sell it on ebay[ possibly getting more for it!!]

Cross bodies pull on one side of my neck and make my large boobs look wonky. However the long strap is handy when I have toddler DD with me. I mostly carry it with the long strap on one shoulder.
