Any other tips?
Sonicare dermabrasion, perhaps?

Leave a yogurt mask until it starts to dry a bit - maybe 15 mins? Doesn't need to be ages.

Also - lactic acid (the exfoliator in yogurt) is one of the gentlest chemical exfoliators, so the effects may not be quite what you'd get from using a scrub. It is much better for your skin though. If you need to boost it, crush up an aspirin into the yogurt before applying.
