Gosh I look tired...

Well actually I am tired, I have a sleep adverse 4 month old (and a lively toddler) and it's showing!

My weight is creeping up as I'm snacking for energy. My skin is clear but it looks dull, my hair is dry, flakey and falling out! Eyes are blood shot and puffy....

Any products you can recommend to at least make me look better?

Eye drops. Helps redness and that gritty tired feeling.

A light tinted moisturiser or BB cream perhaps. Quick to apply and perks you up.

For hair try using some oil after washing. Apply a just a few drops.
Perhaps some anti dandruff shampoo. Or Salcura shampoo/conditioner. Really helped flaking. Some boots sell it.

There are loads of other things but they require time/effort which with two tiny DC and no sleep just are not really possible.

Perhaps beg friend/relative/neighbour to babysit for a couple hours so you can sleep. Thanks For you. It gets better. Mine are now almost 5 and almost 3 and there is actual sleeping happening Grin and I feel less mental. I still look a bit frazzled at times but I'm over 40 so that comes with the territory.

Touche Eclat for under your eyes. Or, cheaper alternative is Boots Number 7 radiance concealer. Has been making me look like a human being for years!

Lots of water, fruit and a good multi vit (berocca etc). You'll feel better and look better too.
