If anything?

We are going to Side soon and just wondered what the shopping is like?

I think the towels look really average

Be very careful with the 'leather' bags, every seller I came across was passing plastic off as leather. If they hold a lighter underneath it to prove it's leather then it definitely isn't. I wanted a leather bag and didn't find one that was actually leather. :(

Sorry but I feel I will have to be the voice of reason here:

If your fake designer goods are spotted by customs they will be destroyed and you will be heavily fined.

so make sure you hide them well

I miss this shop. Did my Christmas shopping there www.theuniqueart.com/rings.htm

lots of designers get their stock made in Turkey so the fakes might not be so fake

My DS "Hollister" hoodie has been worn and worn and well complemented on. Looks the real deal. Going back this year and will be stocking up!

I dont think the customs are that strict to be honest. Whole families using LV branded luggage (but obviously fake ones) didnt get a second look. Given that staff are constantly advising travellers that they can take more booze and cigs than they are actually allowed makes me think they arent too bothered what you do as long as they're getting your money.

Fake Mulberry - I don't even like Mulberry, but my hairdresser always has them & I didn't have a clue they weren't real until she said. She went into Mulberry recently and the sales girl asked if she was looking to replace her bag...

Turkish ice cream - oddly chewy and totally delicious!
