Comfortable, fashionable every day foot wear??

Hi all, because of surgery I've had I have issues with blood supply to my right leg. I've found that having a slight heel helps with blood flow so boots are ideal for me. I need to get something for the Summer and I already have fit flops and they aren't too bad pain-wise. I quite like the look of 'fashion' trainers but would need some with a slight heel (the fit-flop shape would be ideal). Can anyone recommend any kind of footwear, trainer or other to wear for every day things like taking the kids out to farms, theme parks etc? I like to think I'm fairly fashionable (!) so fit flops are as ugly looking as I will go! Thank you :)

Have you seen the ltd edition fitflop shoes designed by Stephen jones (only available on line)? I cannot tell you how comfortable they are! Their normal ballerinas are not good on my feet, (cut into heel) but these are just a bit higher in front, thanks to the insert, and so they feel as supportive and comfortable as boots, but look light enough to wear with summer dresses and cut offs etc. - do have a look!

Oh wow thanks Gandalfcat, they look good - I really like the blue ones :) I spent ages looking yesterday and ended up ordering Ash Bowie's, they aren't really summery at all and may look clumpy on me and probably aren't that comfortable but I like the look of them! I had a great pair of flip flops with a shaped sole and heel from Faith and wore them for years but they fell apart, I even tried to get a pair on ebay but they weren't produced anymore. If I wear the wrong type of shoe I start out ok but after a couple of minutes I start getting pains in my right calf and I have to drag my foot behind me as it goes totally numb (not a good look!). Thanks again :)
