Urgent help needed. Can't wear totally flat shoes. What to buy?

I dug out my summer shoes two weeks ago and have now pulled a calf muscle.

Sandals are out due to the distances.

What can I buy that's good for lots (and lots) of walking that is not flat?
I've got tons of pumps and canvas stuff but they are flat :(
Ideally I would need a small heel or some awesome trainers.

No small heel though.

I second the sketchers go walk. I would pay ££££ for these as they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and they have cured my painful plantar fasciitis.
You do need to buy a size smaller than usual.
