Please tell me someone has the answer Grin
I'm as size 8-10 and really hate my squishy horrible post c section 2 1/2 years ago tummy. I'm quite fit as I'm a postie but just can't seem to get my belly down. I've got a hula hoop but I don't seem to even find 20 minutes in the day to do this, by the time 2 dd's are in bed I just feel shattered.
I'm probably just have to put in the hard work to get rid but thought I'd try here incase anyone has some amazing ideas!!

Do you still have muscle separation? Diastasis recti exercises are helping mine eg. Slowly Sad

I've have no idea if I have that or not Blush
Would I know if I did? Is it obvious??
I do get really bad lower back ache since having them, even bathing them tonight has been agony

Mine is easiest to feel when I'm lying on my side. There is a sort of gap around my belly button and I can feel that my abs don't join together there.

Pregnancy can completely bugger up all of your core muscles which would explain the back pain.

Have you tried Pilates, it's good for core strength? Generally an experienced teacher will adapt the exercises to be suitable for post natal of you tell them that's what you need.

Sit ups not a good idea if you do have diastasis recti...

Nells77 · 21/04/2014 18:43

I'll do it tonight when dd's are in bed.
My problem is I really can't be bothered going out to classes in an evening and because I walk 8 miles a day I feel physically worn out. If I don't have separated stomach muscles would I need to do hundreds of sit ups a day for them to work?
