My hands are so dry and sore, kids have had a terrible stomach bug and my dishwasher has broken so my hands are in water or being washed way more than normal.

They're normally fairly dry but my normal hand cream won't touch it, please help!!

Soap and Glory Hand Food is softening up my hands a treat.

Body shop hemp, the protector one (smaller tube) that gives a really good barrier. My hands are in water a lot on a normal day. Then as a cream either the hemp cream or butter, which is a bit greasier than the cream. Or avon hand cream with glycerine.

E45 is also very good.

Hated L'occatane. Didn't do a thing for my reptile hands.

I have awful awful hands from constant hand washing. E45 is the only thing that works.

Sanctuary
Soap and Glory
The Norwegian one.

Sizzlesthedog · 15/04/2014 20:13

Body Shop Hemp is fab.

However I have discovered Elizabeth Arden 8 hr hand cream.

Sorted out my dry cracked bleeding hands a treat. Need another tube now.

I am a big fan of aveeno too.

I also love Crabtree & Evelyn's pomegranate one - I buy the small size for my handbag. Smells divine!

Pure Altitude Secrets Des Alpes is the best thing ever.
If you're ever loitering in a French Pharmacie and come across this just get it.
Pure wonder.
What they put in it - edelweiss and Huille de Framboise by French nuns in the Alps by moonlight and stirred with Unicorn horns and whatnot seems to do it.

Otherwise, and closer to home, Tisserand. Not as magical, but still lovely.

Kiehls works for me.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 15/04/2014 20:40

Aveeno, Neutrogena or Lush Helping Hands.

I don't like Body Shop hemp or Rose at all, the almond one is better (I prefer the one in a tub to the tube).

My mum is a fanatical handcream user and over the years I've bought her all sorts, including Clarins, Chanel & other posh ones but she remains adamant Atrixo is the best.
