Will Botox tighten them up?
Seriously - I look like that stuffed dog from the Churchill Ad.

I need to lose 2 stone, but am seriously considering.... something

I'm the same... Intend to try a diet first. I have lost 8 pounds but still need to keep going. I put weight on around my back, neck and face. I hope this cures it. Watching with interest.

I also am slowly shedding two stone. My chin actually wobbles on the treadmill.... it is awful. If it doesn't start to reduce as weight comes off I will consider surgery.
Watching with interest also....not feeling so alone Wink

Ladies - outstanding. Well done you both!

I lose about 5 pounds then it creeps back on. I'm crap and losing hope.

I used to be quite athletic.
Now I just have a layer of wobbly ness that I can't shift Sad

I've heard good things about the Slendertone face thingy. Not the cheapest though.

Just has a £100 off thing for this via twitter.

You need fillers.. Cheekbone fillers will lift the face reducing jowls.

PrivateBenjamin · 20/04/2014 21:50

Have you looked on youtube for face exercises? There are loads of good videos (and some really bizarre ones). Your skin is connected to your muscles so by pumping up the muscles it pulls the skin tighter. Worth a try anyway.

thenumberseven · 20/04/2014 23:33

I agree with Private about facial exercises.
I do them and am convinced they help a lot. It's a matter of finding which are the right ones for you

Suzannewithaplan · 21/04/2014 08:51

Botox won't help, jowls are causing by the sagging of the skin and underlying tissue.

I've read some good reviews of the slendertone thing and there are lots of people on the Web who are bordering on evangelical when it comes to facial exercises.
I guess they can't do any harm and they're free :o
