I have got the normal denim ones and they have never done this. They stay at their true size all the time - I love them Smile

Legologgo · 13/04/2014 17:35

i think thats the thing

LoveVintage · 13/04/2014 17:41

I have three pairs of the relaxed skinnies.

The first pair I got a few months ago are fab. I got a second pair which are not so good - they go baggy really quickly. They seem to be made of thicker denim than the first pair. I took a chance on a third pair and they are fine but again I would say not quite as good as the first pair.

I am a size 10 but a curvy size 10 IYKWIM, and the 10's fit me fine. However I have tried on other styles in Next in a 10 in the last couple of years and they have been massive on me.

Next jeans used to be great, they are now really hit and miss.

Thanks , I have loads of jeans and usually buy h and m which are fine . A lot of jeans fall down so in used to that but these are ridiculous . I will take them back and be polite but I hate doing it.

Mine are sort of fine size wise (14), as I have got big legs, but they have a gaping, wide waist. Nothing out of the ordinary, though. Just annoying to gave to wear a belt with every single pair of jeans -ever.

NorbertDentressangle · 13/04/2014 18:51

Legologgo - it was the thin, ultra stretchy feel of the fabric that was like leggings, not the fit. The fit was odd and baggy/saggy.

(they were the blue denim ones in two different shades that I tried)

I find Next good for returns though,in fact in store they are nice and helpful.
Show them the thread ..we're behind you Grin

Which colour did you get, OP? I got inky, so they're proper denim and don't seem to stretch much.

Ilovewaleswhenitrains · 13/04/2014 19:53

I went to Next to look at the relaxed skinny jeans. I asked an assistant for some help as I couldn't find any black jeans - she kept trying to push the boot cut jeans even though I said I didn't like that style. I wasn't impressed with the relaxed skinniest either.

bishboschone · 13/04/2014 20:29

They are lightish and have mock rips .

They sound the same as mine bishbosh. Light with a few rips. Had v high hopes for them but twas not to be. I wish I'd thought to take mine back but I've had them for ages now. I would print this thread off (just in case they start the "Well we've not had anyone complain about them before") and get your money back.

IamInvisible · 13/04/2014 22:32

I ordered some on line. When they came and I tried them on my kids laughed at me because they looked ridiculous. I am a small 10, and bought an 8, but looked like I was dressed in DH's trousers. They were massive. Back they went.

bishboschone · 22/04/2014 18:29

update ..I.took them back today with the receipt and labels and no questions asked they refunded them .. Smile Smile I since bought river island eva which are fab and a similar fit on me but stay the same size .
