Reiss are doing some pretty shoes (Eden, I think) that are something like 55% real snakeskin and 45% kid leather. I did wonder how they came up w those numbers. Do they have a maths professor in ther calculating the %?

Fluffycloudland77 · 13/04/2014 08:49

Poor snakes, they skin them alive from what I've heard.

Oh, I just read some awful articles on it. I'm no snake lover, but it sounds v cruel.

Lovely sandals, but I would never manage a full day in them. As a healthy size 12,Hmm I need a block heel if I'm going to stick the day in them. I can't be the only one?

Like these, or these, kinda heavy looking tho, or maybe these, but they're fabric, not leather.

Fluffycloudland77 · 13/04/2014 12:47

Well john Lewis phoned to say out of stock. I am complaining to the CEO via email.

lurking NO NO NO to those fugly shooz

lurkingaround · 13/04/2014 15:46

Grin Grin
M&S ones are lovely.
Other stories ones aren't that bad. And I wouldn't fall over or wobble. I'll give you the fact that beside the delicate sandals on this thread they are a bit heifer-ish. But on a foot, they may not look heifer-ish at all.
Oh alright then, maybe they're not my best choice ever. Ain't buying anyhoo.

sonlypuppyfat · 13/04/2014 15:56

Your not going to do much walking in them Smile

lurkingaround · 13/04/2014 16:02

True I suppose.
You're all going to convince me I bet. I am sooo impressionable Grin

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 13/04/2014 17:15

The M&S ones look really lovely. I'm so helpful Grin

Legologgo · 13/04/2014 17:17

Legologgo · 13/04/2014 17:18

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 13/04/2014 17:19

I wonder if they sell their excess stock to Amazon, then? Not a big deal, just interesting.
