It's their Birthday weekend again but not all bags are included this year, like last year.

I've just ordered a satchel, it started at 6pm and I noticed stuff has already sold out from when I first looked.

My satchel has been shipped. I've got an email with a tracking number, so it's looking good. Mark you, I was one of the lucky ones last year, I got my order within 2-3 working days then.

I love my satchel, it has softened and looks as good as new despite being used practically every day for a year.

That was really quick! Im hoping mine is going to be dispatched soon too. Maybe tomorrow? Heres hoping! Which satchel did you get?

I ordered on Sat and a violet large saddle bag was delivered today. Ostensibly for Dd's birthday in July but it's making its first outing to dinner tonight.

I think they learnt a lot of lessons from the great Half Price Sale Debacle of 2013.

I've gone off zatchels as I asked about it on here and someone mentioned I'd just missed a sale of the style I wanted so I emailed and asked if they could still do a discount. They said no, keep an eye on facebook next time so I ordered one. About a day later they held a bloody sale.

Nerf..that is annoying. They could have told you that there was a sale the next day, afterall, you may have even ordered two!!
Well i got an email today to say that they have the blue elephant one in stock and that they want to send me one with a handle as the others without are out of stock. Since its at no extra cost to me..of course i want it!!! Its in the post tomorrow!! Hopefully the green one i ordered will be too...but im sure i saw a delay on that one of 5-7 days or something like that, when i ordered it so may just be the blue one. Im excited to get it!!!!!

Mine just arrived and I'm really pleased with it - a pewter metallic saddle bag. I've got a red satchel but I find it a bit too cumbersome for everyday, this one is ideal - well maybe a little bit on the small side and I wish they had inside pockets but I really love the colour and shape.

I too wish they had a pocket inside. Very often carry a USB for work and its handy to have a little pocket to put it in. That would make their bags perfect for me. I checked the status of my order and its still printing. However the lady said it would be dispatched today so will check later on. Im really looking forward to getting mine, although i do wish i had ordered one from their metallic range too!!

Mine came yesterday and has been used today. Absolutely no complaints from me.

I bought one in the last farce of a flash sale. Took forever to come. It was a large saddlebag that I can't fit my purse and keys in. The buckle is a faff underneath and the leather is cracking on the top of the flap. 9 months old.

I bought a saddle bag last year too, if i had seen it before buying i wouldn't have paid a fiver for it, it took so long to arrive i just couldn't be bothered with the faff of sending it back. if I can ever be arsed it will be going on ebay.

I dont know about the saddlebags. That is really bad about the leather cracking after 9 months. I would be sending it back even after all this time. That isnt on with the price you paid. You should still be covered. I would email them.

Both my satchels have arrive..OMG they are absolutely gorgeous!!! I love them both! I now have a bit of a thing for zatchels...i NEED a metallic one...[ i need to seriously get a grip!]

The two satchels I ordered have arrived and are gorgeous. DD loves her red polka dot satchel - birthday present, but she's already put all her school things in it and gone off to school with it today, and mine was the green elephant satchel which I dithered over for two days. It's lovely, very striking colour and texture. The leather is quite thick making the bags firm and structured, so obviously not a soft slouchy kind of bag, but not too stiff imo, and no different to what I was expecting. I got the extra handle on top which I would definitely recommend, and the slider on the strap, ditto.

I got the 13" size, which I was a bit concerned might be too small as I usually have a bigger bag, but it's fine. It can easily fit diary, notebook, pencil case, book, phone, tissues, umbrella, purse, makeup bag, keys - there would be room for an ipad (if only I had one).

Glad you liked your satchels. I too have the elephant green and blue ones. They are both equally gorgeous. They do soften with wear. Your daughter must have been pleased with her polkadot one. It looks gorgeous. It will last her too. Im sure.Im so tempted to get a metallic one but stop myself as it's ridiculous. I already have three!
