This is about a thread I posted before about a hairdressers.

I'm thinking of splashing out and having a change and want something special.

Which Cardiff hairdresser are you travelling to see? I think I've tried every single hair dresser in this city. Rarely go back twice.

If I found some one who was consistently good I would travel.

I had the same hairdresser for 13 years. He moved to a nearby town however I stayed at the original salon- different young girls were cutting my hair and the results were ...mixed.
Saw a deal on groupon with my old hairdresser who had won hairdresser of the year and am now back with him.
I am complemented on my hair again plus the new hairdressers runs a loyalty scheme.
So I think once you find a good hairdresser you will stick with them.
Mine works at Lisa Edwards in Fareham

I go to Ken Picton in Cardiff Bay, although that is quite recent. I've had different people do my cut and colour each time so far, whereas I want to find someone to love.... I miss my London hairdresser, she was fab. Tiny Soho salon, just her, but she could do anything. She's retired now, she'd been cutting hair since the 60s, (hence the being able to do anything.)
