ive lost the weight yet i still have a bit of a baggy mummy tummy

looked hideous on me, i looked about 4 months pregnant
[i do have a six month old babay]
but i dontthink any dresses or skirts that are tight under the tummy are going ot be good for me

diastasis recti exercises, there's a lot online (eg mutu system, tuppler technique), but apparently standard crunched/sit-ups can make matters worse.

I'm the same but really recommend control slips. I have a couple from m&s, the best ones are those that sort of cross under your bust, and I find them much more flattering under skirts and dresses than control pants.

Exercises (taken from Wikipedia), I desperately need to work on my separated muscles too, I'm really not rocking the 'still pregnant' look Sad

Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred tightened up my wobbly belly. Its worth a go as it can be done from the comfort of your own home & the dvd cost a fiver from Amazon. You tube also has free videos to download.
