Have I ruined my eyebrows? Is there anything I can do?

I think for years I used to overpluck the inside edge without realising, and now I have realised it just doesn't grow much there.
Will it grow back in time, or is there something to help?

Sorry, "natural" sounds a bit rude, what I meant was, do they give you a pencilled look or a bit more subtle?

I'd quite like a pencilled look but not really dark and heavy.

You're alright, when people hear you've got them tattooed on they automatically assume they're full-on scouse brows! I've taken my make-up off and taken a few pictures. I tried asking DTwin if she would mind posing for a "before" shot but this did not go down well.

They were dear (£300...eeek) but I love them, really subtle. I would have had them touched up before now but I'm going on hols and the sun can make them fade.

I would try the castor oil and the non-permanent solutions first, but really would recommend tattooing for when drawing them on starts getting on your tits.

Ha ha at making your DTwin pose for a "before" shot!

You look fantastic! The brows are lovely, really nice colour and shape. Thanks for posting the pics.

this and many other reasons why I think eyebrows should be left alone unless they are looking on the masculine side. Most women don't have ridiculously thick eyebrows so leave them alone. Slap on some brow gel. Use liner to make it look neat if you like but don't remove hair.

in my twenties I fell for doing eyebrows just through peer pressure. But as I grew older and more confident with who I was I thought "this is a con, pure money making con". I recall the salon lady saying you don't need to shape them at all but I continued feeling I was supposed to do this as a woman.

Threading was just as bad, in threading they tend to do top and bottom, I was always told you should never do above eyebrow, so why was it ok with threading?

when it grows back pluck, wax or thread it looks nasty, especially on women like me with darker hair. it's more noticeable even though the industry makes out it will be less so. Also I find I get dry skin where eyebrows constantly removed. If make up is applied which is rare it doesn't blend nice.

I would say leave your eyebrows alone. You are fortunate to have light hair, even if they were bushy you would never look manly as such. you don't have to copy what the magazines and society say beauty is.

P.s to be honest with your pic I can't tell of a problem with your eyebrows don't stress over it they look absolutely fine. Do you want to over pluck your eyebrows too high and look like you've had a Botox job gone wrong. So many Hollywood stars have eyebrows permanently high browed like they're saying ""mm interesting" looks sort of sinister, all do to over shaping and plucking waxing etc.

try making the most of what you have eyebrow wise by having them tinted, just a shade darker will help give definition. i do mine at home about once every couple of months.
