I need some shoes to go with my Gap Khakis that I wear for work in the spring/summer. I have them in olive, beige and navy. I like these they look comfy and durable, I'm on my feet a lot and I also have to have covered toes. DH has just snorted when I showed them to him but my DM likes them.

Please don't suggest ballerina type shoes as I'm heartily sick of them!

I'm same in that I couldn't wear ballet pumps all day, on my feet too much.

Sticking with Clarks what about these? or too sporty? or more structured version of converse like this ?

I have never seen so many bad shoes on one thread before. A MN winner Grin Where are all these 30something women wearing these shoes because I have never seen them!

lurkingaround · 09/03/2014 14:57

I've just read this thread and I'm with noddy - so many shoes in the world and then, there's this thread! Sorry OP, they are all dreadful shoes IMO. I have those khakis. If it's toes-covered weather, I wear ballerinas. In summer, sandals.

OhTheDrama · 09/03/2014 15:28

Apologies Blush I know they are all horrific! For work in my setting you do have to be careful how you dress, not saying to much as will out myself. Shoes have to be sensible but I think I'll stick with ballerinas, they are everywhere for a reason! Normal service can now resume!

Awful.

The Next ones that someone linked to are nice and leopard print would also look good with them.

OhTheDrama · 09/03/2014 16:17

Have ordered these, I would love a job where I had to look glamorous and well put together! Once again my apologies, as you were!
