I've been using this company for a while and always been really impressed. I've bought three pairs of Uggs from them and loads of pairs of Toms. The Toms I buy cost me between £5 and £12 a pair ( have never paid more ) and my latest pair of Uggs arrived this morning. They're chestnut Bailey Button ones and I paid £34.99.

I always go to the ' clearance ' bit and the ' ex display ' bit to buy and the Uggs I ordered yesterday from the ex display section were described as ' marks on right boot upper' ... As per every single pair I've ordered, there has never been a single blemish on them!

The Uggs range in price from £30 to £90 ish and they add new lines every week. They don't have the hugest amount so it's always about checking back in. They are of course 100% the real deal.

Some of you will have heard of them ... It's 'branch309' and they're the 'Schuh' company.

Anyway , if you buy Uggs and Toms ( they do all sorts of others as well! ) then this is the place to get them. Despite the faults/blemishes they list, mine are always immaculate

My order came today. A pair of Fred Perry trainers for me, a pair of Nikes and some Hi tops for DP all for £52 including delivery.

They were all ex display and supposedly blemished/marked/1 shoe discoloured but they are absolutely perfect. I have been over them and can't find anything wrong with them!

Bargain!

My order arrived promptly but they sent the wrong colour.

Pissed off that i have to schlep to the po and fork out for recorded delivery back before they will refund.

Hi I am tempted by mini Bailey uggs, they have purple, is that too risky a colour? I'm a dab hand with shoe dye and could dye them, what are people's thoughts the height of the ugg mini?

jade Id prob wear chestnut mini uggs but not purple. But saying that I wouldnt wear a coloured Ugg at all it has to be either chestnut or the dark brown.

I love the rocket dog boots but I was wondering if anyone knew what they were like for fit? I sometimes find boots tight on my calf so need ones that are not narrow. anyone have any experience of this brand?

Bought three pairs of Uggs for me and DDs from £44-£56. All are beautiful. The 'discoloured' ones were not discoloured but perfect, the one which said 'damage to left upper' had a tiny, almost invisible mark.

Couldn't ever justify paying full price for Uggs so I am honestly thrilled. I keep stroking them! (sad I know.)

Bought some Rocket Dog boots for one DD for £32 using the discount code, thank you for that too Vix

DH's trainers came and are not discoloured and for perfectly.

Will bookmark page, I wore fake UGGS from Costco (quite good quality) through our really bad winter a couple of years ago, I find them good in snow, grip good & they are warm, can do several hours in snow (with kids) before they get soggy. Like Rocketdog too.

So, let's get this straight. The photos show discolouration and marks but often the boots arrive perfect?

Only have 2 pairs of Rocket Dogs at the moment that are not nearly as comfortable so will be checking often.

My Bailey Button Uggs arrived today, it said one had marks but honestly they are in perfect nick. Fast free delivery too - thanks op

Thanks for sharing Clara. For all those out there who don't like Uggs, there are loads of people who DO love them, or they wouldn't still be making the same designs year in year out. Shall go and check it out.

Thanks for sharing this site . My pair of Toms has just arrived this morning, supposedly one is discoloured but can barely notice it. And for only a tenner, bargain. Am sorely tempted by a pair of Uggs, have never taken the plunge before due to the cost, but they look so comfy for wearing round the house... Will keep an eye on it.

i got my 2 pairs of uggs - the classic tall in black and bailey charms in chestnut - both pairs for £119.
AND I LOVE THEM!!!

i thought i would hate them.....but not only do they look fine, they are the most comfortable things EVER.

i originally sent for some rocketdog boots but they were faulty and very stumpy....
sent them back and opted for the 2 pairs of uggs thinking i would send one back.
not a chance!

i love them. i have barely had one pair or the other off my feet....

oooh - forgot to add that both mine were shown as 'suffering from some discolouration due to being on display'. they are actually pristine condition, if they are discoloured you need bloody good eyesight to see it!

I bought 3 pairs of baby Uggs last night as expecting a baby in 4 weeks. they were a right bargain, under £10 a pair each

i got 2 leopard print and one pink in different sizes from newborn to about 1 year old

and some red nike high top wedges for £29 !! usually £100 !!
