Would be grateful for any recommendations.
I have a small patch of eczema in the corner of my eyelid which I can't seem to budge.

I had same problem I recommend using kiehls avocado eye cream or use clinique moisture surge intense. It will combat the dryness.

vaseline irritates my eyes, esp if it gets in them overnight. I use the neutrogena makeup remover wipes (alcohol free). I stupidly switched to something else after reading that wipes are no good for your skin and my eyelids became so sore and dry and irritated until I worked out that I had to go back to the original wipes. I tried a whole lot of different makeup removers for sensitive skin that burned my eyes and or irritated my skin.
