what do you think?

i like some, not all, and am tempted by these in particular, although the other day they were £80 not £90 Confused

just not sure i'd get a lot of wear out of them, for £90 shoes, i'd need to love them and wear them lots.

Mildred Roper!! Grin

burnishedsilver · 30/01/2014 19:24

I think theres a very good chance that they'll be giving them away in the sale.

horsetowater · 30/01/2014 19:29

Really nice, classic shoe, excellent creative new style rather than a re-hashed something else.

But I wouldn't wear them, to prim for me.

horsetowater · 30/01/2014 19:31

You've put me right off them now I'm getting Mildred Roper flashbacks.

tethersend · 30/01/2014 19:40

I've been waiting years for some shoes like these. The yellow maggie and marianne are utterly gorgeous. Loving the green sandals too. COME ON PAYDAY.

tethersend · 30/01/2014 19:40

[Shock] Mildred Roper is a style icon!

tethersend · 30/01/2014 19:40
Shock
FoxyHarlow123 · 30/01/2014 19:47

As is Margot Leadbetter. She'd wear these shoes!

Snowdown · 30/01/2014 19:49

I like them - especially the style the op has picked out. Shoes have become so dull and predictable, we need something new.

scottishmummy · 30/01/2014 19:50

Gorgeous,really quirky

Ohwhatfuckeryisthis · 30/01/2014 19:57

My daughter has just said they look like orthopedic shoes.

peggyblackett · 30/01/2014 19:58

They're dreadful.

horsetowater · 30/01/2014 20:09

This one's for Margot Leadbetter

FoxyHarlow123 · 30/01/2014 20:52

Ooooo, just seen the soles Love a nice sole.

Financeprincess · 30/01/2014 21:02

Yes, Margot would have teamed those with a kaftan and headscarf to prune her roses, before hilariously tumbling over a goat in Tom & Barbara's garden.

alltoomuchrightnow · 30/01/2014 23:30

noooooooooooooooooooooo not Margot!!! even if i did used to live in Surbiton

DameFanny · 30/01/2014 23:35

The high ones are ok, but you wouldn't wear them two years in a row - and the balance on the heel looks wrong so I think they'd get really uncomfortable after an hour or so

butterfliesinmytummy · 31/01/2014 02:47

I want to like them, looked at them last week but I think they're too cutesy / Minnie Mouse. Plus dh would laugh Blush

HerRoyalNotness · 31/01/2014 03:37

I really like the Maggie in navy

FrancesFarmer · 31/01/2014 13:12

I dislike the open heels. Are you supposed to wear them barefoot (and have sweaty toes) or with tights (which would look weird)?

Pandsbear · 31/01/2014 15:31

Well going by this quick survey of possible customers there are going to be loads in the sale!!

tethersend · 31/01/2014 16:20

Fingers crossed Grin

dexter73 · 31/01/2014 16:22

I wonder if you get a free pair of knee high socks and a beret with every pair?

Lambzig · 31/01/2014 16:29

Oh I seriously disliked them until you said Margot Leadbetter, now thinking hmmm. (Goes away to sulk about not living in suburban 30s splendour with my own Jerry)
