Just that really! I believe it would really help me but not sure where to start!

There are two main companies in the UK - House of Colour as well as Colour me Beautiful - as well as plenty of independent consultants. If you go on the website of either you can find your nearest consultant and contact them to book an appointment. Or as on here for recommendations. I'm biased towards HoC on account of being a consultant, so I won't attempt to persuade you towards one company or the other, but others will share which company they used and got on with, I'm sure.

It's brilliant, and you won't regret it!

Great thanks I'll look it up! How much will it cost me?

HoC just put their prices up from £99 to £110 I think. Mine took from 9.30 to nearly 5pm and there were 2 others with me. Good value!

There's also the Sci Art analysis, see Christine Scaman's site:

12blueprints.com/ there are regular adverts up when one of the consultants is in the UK, most often in London, several times a year.

and this site has photo examples of people in the 12 seasons they use:

I was analysed by both House of Colour and Sci Art. Both consultants were lovely, both were really good sessions and exactly the same the same cost wise, but the House of Colour is more about a bold, bright look and Sci Art is about a more natural look. I went to a second analysis with Sci Art when I couldn't get comfortable with the very strong lipsticks and colours from the House of Colour palette given to me, and the Sci Art book is the one that covers more ground and works best for me.

Oh no! I'm even MORE confused. I've gone from a HoC sultry Winter to a truth-is-beauty bright Spring

No wonder we need actual draping to see the colours on us.

They use different systems and group the colours differently so you MIGHT be both, don't let it put you off! I'm a HoC jewel winter and a Sci Art light spring, and both consultants came up with the same couple of best colours - they just put them in slightly different contexts and with different surrounding colours with different names for the group. I think if both consultants worked together they'd have agreed on a lot of things.

But yes, without seeing yourself in the drapes with someone who knows their stuff helping you look, it's impossible to tell.

If you google Pinterest Bright Spring or any of the Sci Art seasons you can find sets of clothes showing you the kind of colour groups they do,

and the HoC site and the Kettlewell site show their colour groups really well. I follow the Sci Art colour book for Light Spring but can find those colours easily from Kettlewell.
