I don't have bingo wings but I have a nice pocket of back fat under my arm/back as it were... What exercises will tone this up?
Am size 10 bravissimo intervention today now 30E so the pressure is on that point hence wanting to tone Blush
Thanks

no exercise as it is fat ... diet or lipo

Good posture helps a bit (do Pilates), but mostly weight loss.

Yup, I'm afraid you can't "spot tone". You need to reduce your body fat %age until you are happy.

Thanks all
I'm an 8-10 and pretty slim the only difference is that my baby is now not a baby so in not doing the constant lifting etc and thought that might be it

Make sure you are scooping! Doesn't get rid but helps with the appearance

I've got a Debenhams bra that is designed to reduce the appearance of back fat. It does smooth things down as it has a wider area to keep it held in. Not sure if this is the one.

Search Tiffany Rothe on YouTube, she has an arm/back toning video, it's great.

StatisticallyChallenged · 27/01/2014 23:31

Grrr, that bra doesn't fit the model!

Well here is a random odd thing
Just back from skiing and since piling on flat etc the fat is lessened!!
Therefore must go more often?!

Strength training on your upper body will tone that area, so things like medicine ball slams, hammer curls with barbells and tricep dips all engage the muscles driving the shoulder blades as well as the appropriate arm muscles.
Also pull ups are a good back exercise.
