Light foundation or tinted moisturiser

Is there such a thing?

For good coverage of my uneven skin tone without feeling like a mask.

You know, one that doesn't settle into the crevices lines.

Garnier bb cream. Love it!

Depends on how much coverage you want? I love the body shop vitamin e intend moisturiser, then put some loose powder on too, that's enough for me.

Quite a bit really to cover dark circles and thread veins but not show up the wrinkles (too much)

I agree with schlur. I also love the garnier bb cream. In fact I put regular foundation yesterday and it made my skin look old.

Mac BB cream - or Bobbi Brown BB Cream.

Does need a bit of powder to set it, but it's fabulous!

I'm 39 and have pretty much stopped using foundation as they all settle into my fine lines (I'm not desperately wrinkly) and look a bit mask like. Maybe if I could afford something really expensive this wouldn't happen, but I can't afford to spend more than £10 on foundation. I use Boots No 7 tinted moisturiser and I sometimes thin this out a bit with a non-tinted moisturiser so I only get a tiny hint of colour. I then use concealer under eyes, around nose and in hollows under mouth and some cream blusher and this looks loads better and much more natural than foundation.

shishedo perfect hydrating bb cream is fab if you don't mind spending a bit more. Dior skin nude is also good.

I use mac foundation but when I say a tiny tiny amount that's what I mean. The tip if of a cotton bud and I buff it on with a the bobbi brown full coverage brush. It's just enough to even out skin and give great coverage. On other days I use bare minerals and in spring on occasions I use mac tinted moisturiser. None of these things settle into my lines

I'm a recent mineral makeup convert - my main problem is uneven skin tone, some hyperpigmentation and rosacea type redness. I'm using Lily Lolo in Porcelain - fantastic coverage and it feels much more natural than any of my liquid foundations. Not masklike at all.
