Inspired by the top five beauty products thread, for those of us on a budget.

Here's mine:

Nivea oil-free moisturiser
Dove shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair
Body shop hemp hand cream
B-Pure micellar water
Sleek lip quads

Baylis and Harding - sweet mandarin and grapefruit is a pretty good dopelganger for Molton Brown ABC

Superdrug Radience Hot Cloth Cleanser - creamier than Liz Earle but does the job

L'Occitane Soap - ££ for soap but I LOVE them. (I don't smoke/drink or buy loads of make-up so it's an affordable luxery)

Barry M eyeliner pencil Molten Metal (especially when it's on a 3 for 2 )

I love those soaps too - absolutely gorgeous!

I bought a L'Occitane gift set in the John Lewis sale. It had a verbena soap in (50g) which is still going strong. I didn't think it was possible to like soap quite so much :)

I love the Verbena and the Shea Milk Soap.
But in hard water, it doesn't last long enough.
I went away for a week to a soft water area, used my soap all week and you could still see the embossed name

I love french soaps... you can get 5 or 6 for a tenner at a continental market they have around the country in the summer

Soap and Glory lipsticks
Astral face cream
Tresemme ultra hold hairspray
Goodies kirby grips
Tresemme keratin heat protection spray

flippinada · 19/01/2014 18:45

I'm going to keep an eye out for that market AuntieMaggie.

Superdrug Vitamin E cleanser, intensive moisture cream and night cream. Absolutely brilliant and about £3 a pop.

Nivea creme, in the blue tub.

I know there are a lot of fans and critics, but when I have a particularly horrible spot, I exfoliate it and then massage the Nivea in liberally, leave overnight and it really helps to take it down.

Also, the Garnier Simply Essentials toner. Has really, really improved my skin since I started using it.

AlwaysSleepingBeauty · 19/01/2014 22:32

La Roche Posay Cicaplast hand cream
Korres lip butter in Wild Rose
Lush Butterball
Klorane camomile conditioner
Nuxe Reve de Miel lip balm
