Heated rollers?

I have collar bone length poker straight hair - I fancy heated rollers, does anyone have any recommendations?

Honestly I have had more curling acoutrements over the years than you can imagine, including heated and steam rollers. At the minute though I swear by an upside down blowdry and a hot temp curling wand, without the clamp. Gives lovely bouncy curls. I also hold the wand in at the root for little while and it gives a lift

I have used most of the heated rollers over the years and I can disappointedly report back that there isn't much to choose between them. The bablyss thermo ceramic ones are fine.

Humph - I was hoping you were going to rush in with some magic, bouncy hair device that was going to make my head a happier thing to look at!

I would recommend the babyliss ones they are really good and simple to use.

I also have a babyliss wand, again very easy to use. Give good waves. Id describe the rollers as giving moere volume rather than curls. Think may depend generally on length and thickness of hair. Mine is fjnish but long, about bra strap and with a natural wave.

Finally I also have a toni and guy big barrel tony which gives best result of all but probably trickier to master without burning yourself.

Ps j have a slight obsession with hair stuff

Ah, I wasn't saying they weren't good - the reason I've reason I've tried so many is that they are the only thing that makes my poker straight hair look half decent. Even a proper professional blow dry is flat as a pancake after an hour on me.

And I found the perfect curl thing to be a nightmare to use - and 4x the cost of normal rollers.

I did see some Glamoriser Deep Wave thingy in Boots the other day (like massive crimpers) that tempted me though... Has anyone tried it?
