it has revolutionised my hair Grin

I am so chuffed with it - only used it twice so far but my hair looks amazing and full of bounce plus it is so easy to use! I have always struggled to get my hair to look decent as it is wavy so I either have to make it curly or totally straighten it but this means I can have it straightish but with bounce - perfect!

I got this - it doesn't turn around which I think the BBH does but my hair still looks fab so I am guessing this doesn't make much difference??

How did I live without it??

Looks good, how much was it?

treaclesoda · 29/12/2013 19:59

glad you like it, but if that's what it costs, that's about double what I paid fof the BBH!

RalphRecklessCardew · 29/12/2013 20:00

What's wrong with wavy hair?

Mammabear31 · 29/12/2013 20:07

That's more expensive than the BBH!

spookyskeleton · 29/12/2013 21:00

Sorry forgot to say that it is half price at Boots at the mo so only £30 Smile

Nothing wrong with wavy hair if it is nice wavy hair but mine just looks weird so I have to go one way or the other with it!!

Am I missing something re price though? my bbh was £35. Are they meant to be more? Glad it is working for you op Smile

MillyRules · 30/12/2013 01:10

There is another thread running about it. Apparently BBH is .£20 in Asda.Shock

spookyskeleton · 30/12/2013 08:29

obviously I missed all the bargain BBH then as when I looked they were £60 Blush

Never mind I like the one I have...it is leopard print Grin

Anyone have links to a cheap BBH please?

TheGirlFromIpanema · 30/12/2013 08:44

BBH is twenty quid is Asda you sayMilly?!

hootloop · 30/12/2013 08:44

Hang on a minute, is a BBH one of those gas powered curling wands everyone had in the 80s but woth a plug instead.
I have short hair so have never looked before.

TheGirlFromIpanema · 30/12/2013 08:46

Its a rotating brush/dryer barrel type thingy hoot

hootloop · 30/12/2013 08:47

Ah ok so similar but it rotates, I can see why that would be useful.

TheGirlFromIpanema · 30/12/2013 08:47

But there was a lot of BIG hair in the 80's so maybe tis not new Wink

spookyskeleton · 30/12/2013 08:47

hootloop no it is a huge round brush that blows hot air out so it dries your hair whilst styling it - think about how a hairdresser uses a round brush and a hairdryer, this does the same job but in one which makes it easier for people like me!

Don't get dressed quite yet, Thegirlfromipanema: direct.asda.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-ASDA-Site/default/Search-Show?q=Babyliss+big+hair

Jenda · 31/12/2013 00:36

I will cry if its £20 in asda... paid £45 for it today!

Trying to get to grips with it. Anyone know how to do big roots?

Vix1980 · 31/12/2013 14:56

jenda I use the vo5 big hair blow dry lotion, comes in a clear bottle and the liquid is pink, smells fab too, just wash hair, dry it a bit with your hairdryer, then use little sections, spray on the big hair stuff and get to it with the bbh.

Then use hairspray when all done! Smile

madamecake · 31/12/2013 14:59

My local asda still has the 42mm in stock for £28 if anyone's interested, though they are back to full price on their website.

Nearly bought one but think I'll hang on and get the 50mm, as my hair is quite long.

stella69x · 31/12/2013 17:03

I got the 50mm BBH in makro today for £26.99.

GoodnessKnows · 31/12/2013 22:32

Ooooh. Wish I were near a Makro!
