It's horrible - all fly away and static. Definitely something to do with the cold weather. Anyone else suffering?
Any ideas and remedies please?

fabric softener sheets. Preferably an old, worn out one so it isn't too 'heavy'. Apply very very lightly.. and not near roots. It does work for static! I used to bring them with me to humid countries too eg Asia to help combat frizz, very easy to just pop one in pocket of bag. My hair is straight and gets very static.. in fact i'd forgotten this tip and will get some sheets!

it's such a weird tip but it does work for me. I remember reading it years ago , I think it was maybe Meg Matthews, Noel Gallaghers ex, who gave it as a beauty tip in an interview.. but i gave it a go and it worked! but if your hair is fine use a well worn out one as you need so little and don't want to weigh hair down.. mine gets lank which is why i used a really used up one. I just can't stand static and crackles! It sets my teeth on edge off to find some sheets

Leave in conditioner rather than using a normal one seems to work well - DD has good results with the Aussie one. Also hairspray!
