Scuzzy clothes

Shall I just chuck them out? They're my 'go-to' things when hanging around at home and they make me feel crap.

Is it normal to have a wardrobe full of good things and still want to wear the scuzzy stuff? I'm talking about misshapen hoodies and leggings that I wouldn't be seen dead in outside.

I think if I only keep the good stuff then I'll have to make an effort.

Why not replace 'em with some naice pajamas for hanging about and being comfortable in?

If they make you feel like crap then that's the best reason to get rid.

Chuck them out and replace them with decent lounge wear. It doesn't have to be expensive, just newer and not misshapen. Dont wear anything that makes you feel bad. Life is too short.

If they make you feel crap, why keep them? Confused I mean, I understand the appeal of comfy slobby clothes, but surely the appeal is that they feel nice to wear Grin

Chuck them and get something nicer. I recommend these for a start - they don't look like much but they are SOOOO cosy and comfy to wear. I got a pair last week and wore them three days straight Blush. Then I had to wash them and immediately missed them and ordered a second pair so I could have one to wear and one to wash

Also love Boden pull-ons with big sloppy wool jumpers or fleece-lined hoodies.

I've just ditched all my scuzzy winter pj's, which I lounge around in at home after kids in bed, and replaced with a couple of sets of Gap brushed cotton pull ons and henley style tops, v good value in their 30% off days. They are lovely and snuggly and make me feel good Smile

If they make you feel crap, definitely get rid of them. Get something nice and comfy to wear instead. Don't make yourself feel crap by continuing to wear things you don't feel good in Xmas Smile

I had to make a point of getting rid of my scuzzy clothes. My new clothes are still for lounging but look a bit nicer and if I have visitors I don't look too bad.

Advice and links much appreciated - thanks. I really should concentrate on a casual wardrobe.
