that's really bad, people travel for miles to get to ikea. they should at least deliver it to you for free. think i'll write a letter too

Next. Tried to order some stuff online once, and it just didn't work. Ended up having to phone them up.

Argos... always out of stock in the sale, you search by postcode, but there's no facility for 'tell me where thay do have one in stock then and I'll get a friend to go there'.
