Skin tightening recommendations for sagging face

Help! I'm in my 40s and whilst I don't really have any lines my face seems to be shifting downwards so that it is starting to resemble a rather forlorn and forgotten candle. Apart from surgery can anyone recommend any serum, treatments or anything?

The thing is that the people who you notice with puffy fillers are the ones who have had a less than brilliant job done. There are lots of people, slebs and joe public alike, who have had them and you wouldn't know because they have had a good job made of them. Without examining the faces of everyone who has had them, you are not really qualified to say that they make everyone's face puffy.

It is strongly rumoured that Helen Mirren had a face and neck lift some years ago. Personally, I couldn't give a monkeys if she has or hasn't. If it makes her feel better then good for her.

By the same token without examining everyone's face who's had fillers you're not qualified to say that the only people who look puffy are the ones who've had a 'less than brilliant job'.

I think it's highly likely that Mirren has had a face lift, that is why I said she has not gone for scary surgery, ie surgery so tight it distorts her face.

There were some exercises that someone posted on here really recently and they have made a difference to me. Try searching 'jowls' (!) in S&B.

Twinklestein I think it stands to reason that those whose faces look puffy (unless that is specifically what they requested) have had a less than brilliant job. Somehow you seem to talk in riddles. You say that "The only people who think fillers don't make your face look puffy are the one's who've had them" which is clearly untrue, yet applaud someone who hasn't had "scary surgery", by which you now seem to mean that she looks natural and not distorted. Yet my fillers look natural and no-one would be able to detect that I have them from looking at me, which is the same for many, many other people. So what is your point exactly? That fillers are bad but a full face and neck lift is good?

Helen Mirren has had fillers.
