Is there a bravissimo-type place that caters for those challenged in the chest dept?

Following from notherner's pencil test thread, I have been wondering if there was somewhere where I could get strappy tops with built in bras (like they do in bravissimo) for A/B cups? I need a bit of help with perkiness and the strappy tops I have have those shelf bras which just seem to flatten things out entirely. Any ideas? No rude comments from the generously endowed norks squad please.

As a nork-ically challenged person, I find a strapless (possibly padded ) bra under a shelved bra works wonders. One of my chums (who is even flatter than me!) puts those chicken fillety things inside the bra too.

I'm sure that Oasis or Gap were selling them a while back.... m&s maybe?

MrsBadger · 08/07/2006 11:04

ooh, I posted a link to an M&S vest a while ago
here - it has a proper padded underwired bra in. Bit of a pain to get on as it doesn't undo anywhere, but v good once on.
The M&S range of strapless bras has improved wildly too - avoid the bandeau type ones and go for one padded and underwired to within an inch of its life. Can't work out if I have this one or this one but it definitely doesn't flatten my petite norks into a freakish monoboob.

Well I def need a new strapless bra - my only one dates from my wedding which was some time ago now. Will have a look in M&S for a good one. I like the idea of the inbuilt bra becasue it just makes the line of the top less lumpy - it's that annoying flub around the bra strap I'm hoping to eliminate!

Mrsbadger - if I buy one from m&S online - are they good about returns if it's not quite right?

ooh, don't know about that wilbur - I always use it as an excuse to go into town, poke round the big M&S and have a coffee!

Have read their T&Cs though (here ) and they do free return and refund, so you should be fine.

fullmoonfiend · 08/07/2006 12:13

doh, just re-read my post and where i said shelf bra, I , of course, meant a top with a shelf bra.
(stupid and flat-chested, sigh)

wilbur · 08/07/2006 12:31

fmf - I recently bought some of those chicken fillets and they are v good in the right bra. I was a bit worried they would somehow ping out during the evening tho, and be mistaken for a canape.

do they look 'natural'? where d'you get them? How much? (not that I'm considering them or anything, just interested )

wilbur · 11/07/2006 10:38

Fullmoon - I got them from a shop on ebay, they were about £12 I think and came with a load of strips of tit tape as well, which may come in handy if I ever find myself needing to wear a slashed to the waist frock.

They are here

Having no boobs many people assume we should just go bra-less under strappy summer jobs, but in my case that would also be boobless!
My best find yet has been the atlantis range by panache full collection here
they do a strapless/mulit strapped version and you can buy at this site which is good for norkless wonders generaly.
The atlantis range is a bit pricy, but very comfy and long lasting and it does really improved things
