When is it acceptable to walk to pick up kids from school in a bikini and sarong?

When you are...

gorgeous
in a rush
hot

other?

Thunk went my jaw on the floor as I passed a mum pushing a pushchair dressed in nowt but a bikini and flimsy wrap.

I wouldn't do it, but I look like a walrus

Theres a woman sho lives near me that is forever going shopping in her skimpy bikini and sarong. Ok she has a nice figure but i could be a perfect size 8 with lovely long legs etc and i still wouldnt do that (in RL im 5ft 2 and size 16 so that will never happen). Her oldest daughter who is 8 has now started copying her mums stlye and they can often be seen wearing tiny skirts that barely cover their arses, they always look as though they are off clubbing than doing the weekly shop.

would you collect the children from school in your bra and knickers? why a bikini then? thats the question i asked myself when i saw the thread

I would.

But I love in Brighton. I probably wouldn't have done in Hackney.

I'd do a miniskirt and vest top. Wouldn't ever do a triangle bikini tho - not even on the beach! (Would probably get arrested for indecency!)

Fair play to people for feeling confident enough to do it though, even if it is inappropriate.
