Silicate-free and sulphate-free shampoos & conditioners?

What would you recommend?
I've long used sulphate-free shampoos, but recently my hair has gone totally bonkers... coarse and lanky at the same time, where once it was quite well behaved.
My only theory is that there could be an overkill of silicate build-up (I make merry with the Frizz Ease), or at least that's the theory I'm going with for now.
Any suggestions for a range that ticks both the silicate-free and sulphate-free box...?

Another vote for John Masters Organics. I was searching for sulphate & silicone free for ages, this is definitely the best I've tried. It's hard to get real sulphate & silicone free-a lot that advertise themselves as silicone free will contain dimethicone.

Akin is another one, & is slightly cheaper, but I prefer the John Masters. I got it cheaper on Strawberrynet.com

Someone also reccomended the Yes to Carrots range. I had already shelled out for the John Masters so I didn't try that one.

Ive recently started using the faith in nature range. Hair is getting used to it but I do like it.

I've just got a new thing of frizz ease serum which is good for diffusing my hair with blow dryer from wet. Will continue to use it till it is finished so will have to wash hair weekly with a stronger shampoo.

Are there any products that do a similar job to frizz ease anyone can recommend?

( have dyed blonde dry frizzy wavy hair, needs stuff on it after washing or it looks like straw!)
